Let me describe my approach to therapy. Together, we co-create a strategy for you to broaden, and deepen your access to often hidden strengths, desires, resilience and resources that help you replace those coming out of confusion and pain. The process helps to overcome feelings of dissatisfaction with your current business, social, and emotional experiences by offering a more optimistic and robust game-plan.
Our relationship is focused on you. I work both with individuals and couples. As we get to know each other, my goal is to create and sustain an accepting environment where you feel safe. I will help you achieve healthy relationships, to be more curious and engaged, similar to the way secure children reach out as they become more self-aware in a loving, connected environment. You can take this model of a ‘safe haven’ into your adult world, and have it become your source of confidence with your partners, at work, in your families, with friends.
You are welcome to join the men, women and couples who have come and have worked successfully with me. They often cluster around areas of law, finance, business, medicine as well as academia. They include artists, people who have not yet ‘found’ themselves. They range from late teens to people in their seventies.
Each of them is embarking on a significant life-change.
